Election Day! – Poll and Open Thread

Posted by MJ on November 4, 2008

It’s Election Day finally and hope all my readers have or will vote today. Please take a second and let me know who you picked for President by voting in my poll.

This is also an open thread to comment about your experiences and feelings on this Election Day.

Are you worried your candidate will not win or not at all?

Please share if you had any polling place problems today…

Every Congressional race is open for discussion also and do you think the Democrats will get to 60 in the Senate and would it be good or bad?

All readers are invited to join me in my chat room (I will be there all day and into the night) to discuss the election as it unfolds in real time and just need to log into any popular IM client you already use when go to the Ideas and Revolution Meebo room.

    My live journal of Election Day on Long Island details some interesting run-ins today. Should be a great day!

    I can’t believe Californians may vote to deny rights to certain people in PROP 8 and hope it gets stuck down like it should.

    @Bfadds

    You went all out in chronicling your Election Day… I will be crossing my fingers for a huge night for Barack Obama and the Democrats also but don’t think we have anything to worry about.

    I’m not a big fan of drinking games – I don’t need anybody to TELL me to finish my drink, thankyouverymuch.

    Instead, I’ll be playing Election Night Bingo–you can download the cards HERE

  5. It’s important that not only Obama win, but win big. We need a win and a true mandate. I don’t want the Republican agenda anywhere on the radar for the next four years. I would love to see a ten point win.
